Every 32 hours, a woman is murdered in Argentina, victim of domestic violence. Since 2015, the Argentine population has been regularly mobilizing to fight violence against women.

Four years ago, the first protests turned into a movement for women's rights, including the right to abortion.
Many believe that Argentine society is riddled with macho behavior where women are considered objects.

Thousands of people regularly march in the Argentine capital against femicide. While women are in the majority, men—fathers who have lost their daughters—also turn out in large numbers.

The protests come in the wake of a series of femicides, which have been widely reported in the Argentine media. The Ni una menos (Not one less) movement has now spread to other Latin American countries, such as Peru, Mexico, and Colombia.
